What we need from you
To power player planning and our structure ratings, a festival name and dates are not enough — we need the detail of each tournament. The more complete, the better your events are presented.
The event
Tournament name, date, start time, late registration, variant (NLHE, PLO…), event number, flight (1A / 1B…), final day / max days.
The money
Buy-in, rake / fee, guarantee, and re-entry policy (max re-entries / bullets).
The structure
Starting stack and level duration (blind structure) — or a link to the official structure sheet. This is what powers the SPTS + hearts ratings.
The venue & series
Casino / poker room, city and country, plus the festival / series name and its overall dates.
The easier your data is to read, the faster we list you
A spreadsheet — Excel or CSV, one row per tournament with the fields above — is by far the best: we can import it almost as-is, with fewer errors. A PDF, a screenshot or a link to your website will be accepted, but they force manual re-keying and slow your listing down. Help us help you: send structured data. Want a ready-made template? Ask and we send our CSV — you just fill it in.
